This module Registers Patients and records all personal details. Registered Patients can be admitted to the Hospital. This Module Generates a Unique IP No. for the period of his stay in the hospital and is valid till he is discharged and it is this number which is used for all the services availed by him. The Next Time he admits he will be given a new IP No. This Module primarily allocates a specific Ward & Bed. Other Optional Admission Information regarding Consultant & Diagnosis Details are also accepted Along with Admission Type/Status/Diet Habit Etc.

This module deals with Bed allocation based on ward availability. The ward layout is graphical displayed to visually identify occupied / vacant beds. Automatic reports on vacant bed status, ward occupancy details will be available. Simple and quick ward transfers will be possible. This module will also help in record nursing care details. Dietary and Laundry services will also be recorded. 

This module will facilitate booking of OT. Will help maintain a precise record of the events that takes place in an Operation Theatre. It will automatically generate a record for anesthetists and surgeons just at the stroke of a key. There is a built-in library of different universally accepted Surgical and Anesthetic procedural details that can be used to write the Surgical/Anesthetic record for a patient. The database of these procedures can be updated as and when required. Provide dynamic screens that display case status (in real time) in OT's including, Surgeon name, patient time in, in-progress procedure and status (e.g., delayed, intubations, incision, closing).

The Outpatient module serves as an entry point to schedule an appointment with the Hospital Resident Doctor or Consultant Doctor for Medical Consultations and diagnosis. This module supports doctors to take better and timely consultation decisions by providing instant access to comprehensive patient information. This module also handles requests and results of laboratory tests and other examinations.

This Module will handle in-patient and out-patient billing easily. Here the charges are automatically calculated based on services rendered, thus bringing about accuracy. Patient deposits Advances or Past dues or Refunds will automatically be adjusted against the current bill. Past Billing Details will be available at any time.
All chargeable services will be updated to individual patient bills.
